Our Jerky Pan and Rack Set can help you transform your jerky-making process. The convenient jerky rack is 18" by 13", has divided grids, and is capable of holding approximately one pound of ground meat jerky strips. It's made from durable stainless steel and offers 1.5 square feet of drying space. The included chrome plated aluminum pan can catch meat and grease drippings to help keep your oven clean. This wired rack and tray pan can go into an oven up to 500 degrees F. Easy to use and clean, the pan is hand wash only and the rack is dishwasher safe. When not making jerky, you can utilize the rack and pan to prepare sausage and other types of meat snacks in your oven, use it to bake sweets, or leave it out as a cooling rack.
