Shipping Policy

 

GameMasters ships via FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders usually ship within 1 business day after your order has been placed. Orders placed over the weekend will normally be processed the following Monday.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99* for the Continental U.S. (exclusions apply).

Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of their size or weight. These items are not subject to our free shipping program and may be subject to additional charges if requesting expedited freight.

  • Free Shipping is based on standard shipping and does not include expedited shipping methods.
  • If shipping to an APO/FPO address, please email us for a shipping quote. 
  • Express shipments cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
  • Express shipments must be made by 1pm CST.

Website Pricing Errors: 
All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate information, occasionally one or more items on our website may be mispriced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, GameMasters Outdoors has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price online, we will notify you of the price error. You will have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price or cancel that portion of your order.

 

 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GameMasters Outdoors. If you need to return an item, you will need a Return Authorization number first. Please email us at returns@gamemastersinc.net to receive your RA#. Unauthorized returns will be refused. The request for return must be done within 30 days of the date of the sales receipt. We will exchange the merchandise or issue you a refund less shipping charges so long as the item is in new, unopened condition--All returns must have original packaging- No Exceptions. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. COD packages will be refused.

 

NEW FIREARM RETURNS - VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!

Please inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer at your chosen FFL. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Therefore we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items.

Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. GameMasters will provide a prepaid label to ship the firearm to the manufacturer, if a prepaid label is not covered under their warranty.

USED FIREARMS

  • Used Guns: Customers have 5 calendar days from the date the firearm is transferred into your possession to request a return.  Returns are only approved in the rare case that a firearm is malfunctioning. Buyers remorse is not an approved reason to request an RMA.  
  • In the event of a malfunction upon initial inspection Gamemasters will provide a return label to ship the malfunctioning firearm back to us.  If said malfunction can be replicated/verified by our staff we will cover the cost of return shipping otherwise we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund amount.


Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If your merchandise was damaged in transit, you must let us know within 2 business days by emailing returns@gamemastersinc.net. We must have the original box/packaging with tracking label attached if your package was shipped via FedEx to make a claim.

Please inspect your package right away. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty and require them to be sent directly back to them for replacement or repair.

Product Warranties
All products are brand new with full manufacturer's warranty.
Some products that we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires them to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

 

Miscellaneous

 Is everything you sell in your store listed on your website for sale?

Some items that we have in our physical store are not listed online for sale at this time. Please check our store in Quincy, IL for availability or feel free to email us about ordering an item that is not currently listed on our online store. We do, however, add new items daily to the website as they become available, so please check back often.

 Can you ship everything on your website?

We do have some items that we are not able to ship from our online store. We have them listed online so you can see the availability of them in our physical store. Mathews and Mission items and Mathews related items are not sold online, but in store only.

 How will I know when an item will be back in stock?

Please contact us by email to request notification of when an item will be available.

 Do we sell fishing or hunting licenses?

Yes, we sell fishing and hunting licenses for the State of Illinois in our store.
